Who we are
Essencially, we are followers of Jesus Christ. We believe He's the Son of God, who became flesh to save us from our sins. Through Jesus, our relationship with God is restored, and as said in 2 Corinthians 5:17, "therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone, the new is here!". Only in Jesus Christ, we find new beginnings.
At New Beginnings, our mission is to inform, spread this Good News. Jesus can save you, and He loves you so very much!
Where we come from
New Beginnings Church began when a group of 46 members and Pastor Bruce from Mount Olive Lutheran Church, felt called to offer a Lutheran church with a more Contemporary Worship style service with an emphasis on outreach. We held our first worship service on Nov 25th, 2001 in a rented room at the Canadian Bible College in Regina, Saskatchewan. We soon outgrew that space and continued growing, which led us to where we are today. We are now a part of the Lutheran Church of Canada and are located in 1037 Victoria Avenue, Regina. We love serving our community here!
Where we're going
Since our start, we have been committed to love God and our neighbour as well as make disciples wherever we are. We want to bring the good news of Christ to those who are lost. This includes those who have never believed and those who have been away. As a church, we also focus on helping and serving our community in Regina.
